Turmeric Latte (Golden Milk)
A turmeric latte (also called "Golden Milk") is a perfect caffeine-free hot beverage to start the day. Turmeric is a very popular ingredient at the moment, and rightfully so – it has a subtle sweet and spicy flavor that pairs well with a pinch of cinnamon and ginger. You can whip this up in just a few minutes with ingredients that you likely already have on hand. This recipe is so easy, it's only two steps!

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups plant-based milk (store bought or homemade)
1 tsp turmeric
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger (or fresh ginger)
1 tbsp. maple syrup or agave (adjust to taste)
Directions:
- Combine plant milk, spices and sweetener in a blender. Mix all ingredients until well-combined.
- Heat in saucepan or microwave in a mug until desired temperature. Enjoy!
Tips and Tricks:
*You can combine these in a number of ways depending on preference and available appliances. If you don't have a blender, simply whisk in a sauce pan over medium heat until hot.
